Facilities Rental

Days available for rent are Fridays through Sundays during UACA hours of operation. Special requests for additional hours or days will be considered.

UACA is closed on all major holidays.

Indoor Hall

• Hardwood dance floor
• Stage 
• 100 chairs
• Tables (2 round, 13 long, 4 tall bar tables)
• Serving kitchen
• Full-service bar; 12 bar stools
• Large selection of alcohol including beers imported from Ukraine
• 150 capacity

Outdoor Yard

• Spacious and enclosed green yard
• Stage
• Picnic benches
• Brick barbecue pit
• Soccer field/nets

Additional

• Copious amount of free parking + parking lot. 
• Outside parties must be over by 10:00 p.m.
• Alcohol not purchased through UACA is not permitted on UACA property at any time. Violators will be asked to leave.
