Dear Members and Friends of the UACA,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am reaching out to you today to share that an electrical fire took place in the ceiling of the club’s downstairs hall on Sunday, October 6. Thankfully nobody
was injured, but the building did suffer some damage. Being that hall rentals are one of our primary sources of revenue, we are working as quickly and as diligently as possible to make the necessary
repairs to regain use of the hall.
After 110 years, it is very important to us to continue our Mission to foster social and cultural activities by providing a means towards the education of Ukrainian culture while hosting recreational
events and providing a green space for our members and surrounding communities.
Your support is more important than ever during this time. There are a few easy ways for you to help us during our road to recovery including renewing your membership for 2020, joining us for our
upcoming Annual Turkey Fry on Thursday, November 27, volunteering your time, or making a tax-free charitable donation.
For any questions or to volunteer, please reach out to me directly. Any and all assistance is much appreciated.
Thank you for your support.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th - UACA hosted its first ever "Pour Out" event where members poured out their beer to raise money for Ukraine.
The recent purchase of select American breweries by Russian business Oasis Beverage has been tough for some drinkers to stomach.
For every Pabst Blue Ribbon or Schmidt's purchased and poured out, a $1 credit was put toward a Ukrainian beer (Львівське (Lvivske) and Оболонь (Obolon)).
It was a fun time for a great cause.
